Kelly Garnhart,Principal

Kelly has been an educator in Academy District 20 for 29 years.  She spent the first 19 years of her career at Edith Wolford Elementary School, first as an intermediate classroom teacher, a Teacher on Special Assignment, and then the first Assistant Principal at Edith Wolford.  Kelly was named Edith Wolford’s Outstanding Teacher of the Year in 2001.  She also spent two years as the Assistant Principal at Antelope Trails Elementary School. 

This is her 7th year serving as Principal for the Frontier community.  Kelly believes there are no greater students, staff or families than the Eagles at Frontier and she is thrilled to work alongside all of them!  She is a tried and true Denver Broncos fan – ask her students! When not working with Frontier, Kelly loves attend or watch her Broncos, snuggle her fur baby, Milo, take hikes and walks in the beautiful Colorado outdoors, bake, and spend time with family and friends. Go Broncos and Go Eagles!

Aimee Crespin, Assistant Principal

Aimee has been an educator in El Paso County for the past 27 years.  She started her educational career as an intermediate teacher and K-5 technology teacher in Monument.  She served as an Assistant Principal for 15 years in District 49 and joined Academy District 20 at Frontier Elementary three years ago. 

She enjoys collaborating with students, staff, and families to develop the academic, social, and emotional potential of our Eaglets!  She was a finalist for the 2016 Colorado Outstanding Assistant Principal of the Year Award Program through the Colorado Department of Education.  Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family traveling, camping, riding off road vehicles, and watching movies.
